Sonia Rabani dealt with a sale and remortgage for me and I can honestly say she was brilliant. I found them through a google search and was a little worried at first about it all being on line has my computer skills are not great. However I found it easy to do and the team are very professional and helpful. Always at the end of a phone to answer queries and quickly respond to emails. I would highly recommend this company. Alan Hughes5 StarSlightly apprehensive at first doing everything remotely and online but I needn't have worried. GD Property Solicitors (Taimoor) were brilliant. The communication was always regular and clear (mainly via email but the occasional phone call too when appropriate). Right from my initial contact where the process was explained I felt I was in safe hands.
Most of the documentation was done online, including digital signatures, with just a few of the documents needing to be sent/received by post.
There was an added complexity due to the property in probate and the need to transfer the leasehold, but this was all managed without drama.
Would definitely recommend GD Property Solicitors and will use them again should the need arise.Wednesday 9th March 2022
