I would like to give this company 0 stars but unfortunately there isn't an option for that. We have been waiting for a replacement for our very faded composite door for 14 months now, but clearly the 10 year warranty doesn't exist (The door begun to fade within 18 months of it being fitted) The customer service is disgusting, the only contact we have had with Paul is if we contact him and most of the time he won't come to the phone to speak to us and certainly never returns our calls. Hopefully this review will help you make an informed decision whether to purchase anything from this company.

Not one but two attempts to get a piece of glass right in the top of a door and failed. How can you go so wrong off a template that was drawn to size? We have now told the company we used no point wasting their time getting another as 99.9% sure they'll get that wrong.

Not used the company but suffered the bad driving of one of their vans on the m62 west at 5pm. Undertaking and lane changing. Not a good first impression of Gemini

used this company before with Tom who was excellent, spoke to Andrew who could not be bothered, chased up twice to get quotes with out success.
