Came in with my gran earlier today for a routine eye test. So impressed with all the staff. Ian is fantastic and can't do enough for his patients. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would.

My dad had an eye appointment with Ian today. I would of given 5 stars but for the receptionist who I feel was rude she didn't speak to my dad once in all the time he was waiting. I know a lot of older people use Gents and it would be good for the reception staff to remember that they could be the only people to talk to them that day?

Fantastic all around, the ladies and Ian are lovely and will go out of their way to help you. Great with my children who have been going since they were babies they are now 14 and 10yrs old. Very relaxed atmosphere, have recommended them to my mother in law who is diabetic, it is now her opticians. Even if you don't have an appointment you can still pop in for help (my daughters broke her glasses, snapped the arm and they fixed them there for her there and then while she waited). Would definitely recommend and is worthy of the 5 🌟's.

IAN is Very friendly and helpful man ..wouldn't think OF going anywhere else ..been attending this opticians for thirty years. With your eyes..you want the best care..

Had a eye examination , Ian was very thorough and he didn't rush, as it was he has referred me to a consultant,of which my previous optician did not.. Will certainly recommend him to my friends
