Used these guys few months back for a “aux battery malfunction” sign that popped up on the dash. spoke to them on the phone and was advised they do these on a regular basis. Handed the car in soon as they opened and was told it shouldn’t take too long and they’d call me by lunchtime. Called back at lunch time as hadn’t heard anything and was told they are looking at it now and they’d call me back in an hour or so. Waited till 5pm and called back was then advised they were too busy to look at it and will get this sorted by today. Was worried they were closing soon and I didn’t want to leave the car over night for a job they originally told me wouldn’t take more than an hour. Received a call shortly after and was told they did a diagnostics check and are looking into it and the “master” technician is working till late. By this time 6:30 I just had enough and I was given mixed answers and was thinking do they actually know what they are talking about. So I got a Uber to pick up the car and was shocked they gave me bill for diagnostics which I don’t really even know if they did! And what was even more frustrating was that the battery cover in the boot and the contents scattered everywhere and not even common courtesy to put it all back. Wouldn’t use these guys again so called “specialists” save the money I go straight to the dealers for few pounds extra which I did and got it resolved without a fuss and hassle.

First time using these guys from start to finish it was a pleasant experience dropped my van off and picked up on time with no issues very competitive and use genuine vw parts to keep my s/history will definitely use again and would recommend

If I could give more than 5* I would. Excellent service from the staff at German Specialists. I had an MOT & service and they went above and beyond. Even repaired an idling issue that 6 garages previously failed to resolve. I've found my forever garage. Thanks German Specialists

Used this company just before Christmas, and for the second time (they were great the first time too earlier that year). My brakes had seized, and they managed to get me in at a busy time. I'd advised of a few other niggly issues, and was in need of a service, so had quite a bit of work done. Car is a 3 series BMW just over 10 years old. Initial discussion with Chris was great at the point of dropping the car off, giving great detail. Then later loved the 'health check' that was sent that morning. Massive amount of detail, including images. Picking the car up in the afternoon, and going through the detail, I was given a great breakdown of what was completed. Again, the knowledge and communication is great. My car is probably now driving the best it ever has. Could not recommend highly enough!!
