The attitude of the staff here is extremely poor. They have no interest in the customer and are very impoilte. Alot of there items are damaged if you look around the shop. One of the items I purchased for my partner was damaged. We tried to return it to exchange but they had none of that item left. There was an offer on when we purchased of get 25 pound off if spend over 75 pound which we got. We tried to exchange the item for a different more expensive item (and pay the difference in price). However, as the offer was no longer available we were told we would need to pay the money we saved during the offer plus the difference in cost (e.g if the different item was the same price we would need to pay the amount we saved on the dress in the offer). This is unfair on the customer since the item we purchased was damaged and was an inconvenience for us to start with. Also it turns out the 2 dresses we looked at to try to exchange for were also damaged. In the end we got a reduced refund. Will not shop here again. 2 stars rather than 1 as some of the dress styles are quite nice although poor quality.
