Went here as never been confident to go in a salon before and too be honest the welcome I got here was so poor the lady the owner I believe who looks like shes been on a session all week asked me to sit and wait whilst she did a client bearing in mind I waited over half hour and it's so hot in there couldn't breath! She never really listened to what I needed rushed a box hair dye on me n gave me a rushed trim! Cost 50 for a not so good trim n hair dye that fell out 2 weeks later! They look down at you and the make up artists station is so dirty and I heard her slagging a Asian client off after she left! Very horrible experience and the owner on her phone all time just leaving you sitting there! It may be glamour lounge but I left there feeling very deflated and won't be returning back save your money girls and go get a truly unforgettable experience in another salon! I think I would of felt better if the owner didn't look like she had sniffed all weekend and maybe brushed her own hair.... Honest review!!
