I have rented from Glenthorpe for the past few years and am very happy with their excellent service. If any issues arise they are easily contactable and sort out in a timely manner. I find them extremely friendly and always professional, i would definitely rent from them again. Fantastic experience with this fantastic company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!! Totally unprofessional agency. Home run agency without any set processes. Hana and a Nadia were my contacts. I should have read reviews before going through them. All reviews are bad for this agency. Took fees but didn't follow any single procedures while renting out. No property photos taken, no records of inventory. Given in all filthy condition. Once tenancy over claimed all the deposit money with the help of owner. All 100% lies. We took matter to DPS and got our money back ! I can only say AVOID at all costs.

While there are mixed reviews here, my collaboration so far with Glenthorpe has been exceptional. Amazingly fast to respond to viewing requests, fast tenancy securing process (referencing, etc.) and even more important, very prompt to respond to any queries during the tenancy and to help to the best of their abilities.
