Great place. From the outside it may look like one of those stores abandoned during a zombie apocalypse but the staff are friendly, it’s well stocked and my kids love it (they are always treated well in there…my 3 year old calls it “the magic toy shop”. I use it frequently as a business drop-off for Hermes and the service is faultless.

Great shop now. It's had 3 owner changes in the last 12 months. The 2nd owner is where the majority of these bad reviews are from as he were a rude man, never opened on-time and always closed early. However so far so good for the new owners. Very friendly, helpful and talkative. Want to help. Don't like queues so another team member will jump on the second till. Always got well stocked shelves. Moderately priced items. There is the odd thing that may cost a tad more than I would of expected or liked but certain things will always be marked up because it's a convenience store not supermarket so I'm happy to pay it if I really want it and don't want to visit a local town centre or supermarket. All round they get top marks from me. We'll We'l guys on the turn around. Stay awesome! 👌

Generally, a good store to drop off Hermes parcels. But, on Sunday, a member of staff was not aware on how to use the Hermes scanner. This is irresponsible. It's 10 minutes to educate a new member of staff.

Went to drop of my Hermes parcel but people service behind the counter seemed clueless. If it isn’t working then this should be flagged from the shop owner and removed from drop off map on the Hermes website...
