Completely rude ! Tried to rip me off £100 for a 39p sweet and didn’t even apologise and he tells his customers to hurry up , just so rude won’t be shopping here ever again

This is more based on customer service. The gentleman behind the counter has on two occasions this week prevented me from collecting a parcel. DPD drop parcels there, all that is required to collect ones parcel is a "pick up pass" a little QR code scan thing. The gentleman then told me I needed two forms of identification to get my parcel. I spoke to DPD on the phone (which cost me £10) to confirm what I already knew. Then I got the same confirmation via email. Yet on the second attempt to get my parcel he still wanted a bank card and photo id.....all I need is the pick up pass. Which he wouldn't accept. I got quite volatile in my speech for which I sincerely apologise but if he'd just follow the the directions.....scan code....hand over parcel then he won't have to see my face again. Also don't call women "sweetheart and love" with a leer. It's patronising. I have to give a star rating, one is being generous.

Staff are very rude and not well mannered. The lady behind the counter threw my items on to the counter denting my milk and breaking my chocolate bar. She hesitated to give me a bag even though i gave her 10p more than needed.

couldn't collect dpd parcel saying it is only possible between 7 and 4pm. when I went 7am its not open lying rude staff avoid it. never will spend any penny here. i hope karma find them but if i still can't collect i will start a legal process because this is stealing!!!!!!

A scruffy little mini mart with rude staff and over price produce. Its okay if your desperate and nothing else is open.
