very poor service. very messy with liquids on the ground next to people's parcels.The woman who works there is very rude. I found it as a parcel shop with Evri/Hermes. Yesterday I went there they refused to take it because they don't have enough space. Before 3 days I went there they refused to take it because its 3 o'clock and they are busy because there are many children in the shop and the kids are out of school. Today I went there she refused to take the parcel because there is no charge. I politely explained to her when can we come because every time we go they give us a different excuse she asked me to go out and she said she will never receive the package( May be she thinks that they are the only shop who provides this service). We used to go to Nisa local (all the staff are nice, kind, friendly, professional). I do not recommend this shop and will never go back there again. And I will contact Hermes customer service via resolver to make complaint because they do not do their job and very rude with customer.

I went to collect my amazon parcel that I had ordered earlier in the week. The outside was very messy with unknown liquids on the ground. I went inside and there was a lot of items not very clearly labelled. You could easily pick up an item and be charged an unknown amount. I went up to the counter to collect my parcel. The store owner was on the phone the entire time but served me anyway. They were immediately very brash and rude. They proceeded to complain that I had not picked up my parcel despite picking it up within the time allocated. They then demanded the code off me so I started to read it out. They then raised their voice at me because they could not hear me whilst they were still on the phone. I bought some shower gel and asked for a 10p bag so I could carry the parcel too. They gave me a very small bag, it was clearly a small bin bag that was not suitable. It did not fit my parcel and continued with their call. I will never go back there, Horrible customer service and very unpleasant.

It was fine to do a return but quite a rude man at this Evri shop. When I printed my label, there was no-where to put the backing paper. I asked if he had a bin, to which he responded angrily that I should take it with me. So bizzare. There are other Evri shops nearby so I’ll be avoiding this one. *editing as I used this shop again and there was a lady on the counter who is lovely and helpful! I don’t bring very big parcels here as there space is small but it’s perfect for a small package.

You stated you would remove your review from us accusing us of stealing a charger. You admitted on a recorded call you got our company mixed up with another and was sorry for posting a false review against us. Please remove it as soon as possible please as agreed 👍

Don't bother with this place if you found it as a parcel shop with Evri/Hermes they don't have space to store anything bigger than an envelope. Drove here with 3 normal sized parcels and was turned away. Pointless.
