Ordered a cheese burger and chips from here. I asked for hot sauce and mint sauce on the chips, with ketchup and salad on the burger. However, just before lifting the burger my fingers were covered in hot sauce, the bottom muffin is drenched in liquid hot sauce which seems like it is mixed with water. Upon calling gold star they said it was normal, if you got hot sauce on the chips it will run on to the bun. Did not even receive a apology just an excuse, when responding to this excuse the line went quite like I was placed on mute. Very rude staff. Funny I have never seen a burger drenched this way before. Not the first time ordering from here but this surely will be the last.

I ordered two piece chicken and chips and chicken tikka and chips with salad and sauce. This is third time that on telling them to make sure the chips are fresh and not double cooked, but after even asking them to make them fresh, they didn’t make chips fresh but said they were. It was a takeout order so as the chips were hard I called up to complain but got greated by blame that that’s the way I asked for them. I really don’t understand why they have to double cook when even from fresh it does not take that long to cook and serve. Goldstar has really lost its quality of food as well as the way to deal with customers in a polite manner. A very disappointed customer who will be taking customs else where.

Wouldn't order from here again just for the simple fact the we ordered two chicken wrap meals one with cheese one without , NO DESCRIPTION of wich one had no cheese one meal wasted as it won't be eaten now having being handled to much by someone looking for the wrap with cheese. Also a desert wasted because you can't eat desert first so if the first meal wont be eaten neither will desert with warm soggy melted ice cream.

So I ordered 2 naan 1 cheese naan and 1 garlic naan.i never received it I ordered a mixe grilled shashlik on naan.its said chicken wings seek kebab I never received that either.And they also cut money off 22 pound for a cheese burger and chicken donner that's it.i will never I'm my life ever order from here it was a mistake ordering from here worst place ever to order from.

Orderd a curry with pilau rice the curry came with no rice so i rang them and they was adiment to just send out a rice and kept telling me the curry will stay hot not very good customer service from them food was OK after we finally got it don't think I would go back to be honest but that's just my opinion
