I rang only once understanding it was xmas eve was told it was going to be a bit longer. When it did arrive it was cold. I rang to ask for a refund and to take the food back. The lady said you ring yoyo I not do money. They then got in touch with the restaurant and sent an email saying they wouldn’t agree to a refund. I rang the restaurant back my self after Christmas and also my son in law tried and they were just very very rude. No manners bad attitude. So my grandchildren and I didn’t eat on Xmas eve only toast and jam due to time and coldness of food. This is the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had this experience before. Be warned I was conned.

Had a Take away chimnese meal 2days agoe. Will not be eating there in future or ordering food . It turned up on time but all the food tasted like burned oils. It wasn't good . Through it out and didn't eat. Sorry my experience of this place wasn't good. The food was awful . But you make your mind up .it showed 5star. It wasn't ,1star I have had better food from a street vendors in Turkey . It's a zero from me

Ordered what I usually order spare ribs chicken Kung Po and some noodles, everything was absolutely swimming in grease disgusting and no Kung Po I’ve ever seen has had nuts floating in it, absolutely inedible the lot of it! Then phoned the shop to say that I was dissatisfied with the food to be met with such a rude man on the other end of the phone shouting and swearing saying “don’t f^cking order from here again call just eat get a refund I’ve never had a complaint before from any other customer” well looking at the reviews you clearly have. All the food went straight in the bin. Also should have checked the food hygiene rating before ordering as it’s a 2 god knows what’s running round in that kitchen. Fuming.
