Ok if you need somewhere local to go for your hair. You have to be confident in asking for what you want as the owner tries to tell you what's best for you according to her and doesn't really listen to your needs. My mum had her hair done, it was a basic cut and dye but to most of the afternoon. I struggled to get an estimate timeframe for how long it would take to do braids on my hair so didn't end up going there. She doesn't tell you the cost despite asking so be prepared to pay more than you expected to.

Absolutely shocking they pic and choose what to charge you! Depending on how they feel! The first time I went here I paid £15 per row for a weave fitting! The next time I went the lady told me £18 per row “after fitting “ mine. I disputed the price for the owner to tell me the price has gone up! But there was nothing to suggest this no note in the shop on the door nor there website! So I refused to pay the extra £6. I advised her owner to put signs up! As the customer should choose how to sprang there money not the owners! So I thought right ok I’m testing this now! I sent my friend in 30 mins after I left and the lady told her it’s £15 per row! Hang on didn’t your prices go up? Or did you just not like the look of me? So I went back months later and asked before the work was carried out how much per row! She stopped had a think and said I changed £50 for 3 rows! “But I asked for per row” then I was told they charge £20 per row 🤣 is the math adding up here? Final straw! I will not be returning again! Robbing dishonest sods will not get a single penny from me again! And I will be happy to spread the word this is how you treat your customers!!!!!! Not to mention your not allowed to suggest how you would like your weave! As I was told “I have done this for 15 years! RUDE I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND I WILL TELL YOU HOW I WANT IT!
