The care we provide is person-centred, which means that we look after every aspect of a Resident’s wellbeing – including their emotional, spiritual and nutritional needs. In our warm, friendly Home, we support Residents with many different care needs, including people living with dementia, Parkinson’s and other complex needs.

When Residents arrive here, we make them feel right at home – and encourage them to personalise their bedrooms. There are plenty of chances to socialise every day, and with a busy activities calendar and new friends to get to know, it’s a happy place to call home.

My mum is currently residing in the Delamere Unit @ Gorton Parks, been there now 13 days and the transformation in her health and wellbeing has been outstanding. The staff are incredible, nothing is too much trouble. Staff are friendly, approachable, warm and caring. I cannot thank them all enough.

Tried to arrange a visit as was informed by hospital my dad needed respite care for a form of dementia, he also has diabetes and kidneý failure needing dialysis 3 times a week. The first lady appeared to be helpful of sorts and asked me to ring back later. When i did a different member of staff informed me that the first lady i spoke to was on the phone then I was informed that she said to say they didnt do residential care... before I could reply she hung up. I had thought the place looked nice from the website but never got around to a visit. All i would say is definitely think twice before contacting as very rude and unhelpful.
