Grafenia Operations sent a non existent invoice to their debt recovery team (Thomas Higgins) who duly sent a debt recovery letter, which obviously didnt relate to any invoice and could not be verified.
Whilst we logged into our Nettl account and checked no balances were due and when questioned them, the mistake was admitted.
But how many accounts teams for Grafenia customers have just paid over funds to clear non existent invoices under mistaken belief they owed money?
if Grafenia had sent out any prior communication it could have been avoided but they have a lot to answer for and we are still awaiting a written response from Grafenia as to why this happened and that the debt recovery action has been halted, confirming this statement, that no balance was ever due.Monday 21st January 2019
