It's been a few months since I bought a car from them and no issues except for cd player error which is quite common on older cars. I have been to A LOT of different car lots looking to buy a car and Greenwing was by far the best experience. Saw the car, went for a test drive, got given a cuppa, bought it and drove away with it. As easy as that. Would definitely go back :)

Avoid at all costs. Me and my partner tried to buy a car off this "dealership" and ended up waiting on a car being delivered due to failed MOT day of delivery so we waited and then the car was delivered and within 3 miles we had an engine management light come on. After speaking with them they asked us to take it to local garage to be repaired and they will pay so we payed for a diagnostic which stated it could be anything due to the fault so we rejectec the car and lost the money for the diagnostic as they refused to pay for it after we forwarded them the report. So long story short they sell broken cars,lie and the customer service department (if thats what they call her) has zero problem solving skills so dont waste your time.

Rarely leave reviews but I 100% recommend Matt at Greenwing Motors. Car buying can be risky but I knew I was buying a genuine car. Few months later and I recently found a (common) issue with it that was no longer under manufacturer's warranty nor Greenwings but Matt has still arranged to have it fixed at his cost. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a genuine and decent car sales company. Thanks again Matt!

I would stay well clear of Greenwing motors, I enquired last week about an m135i they had for sale and requested quotes on finance deals to which I received I took a bit of time over my decision however I decided that I did not require the finance due to having the cash. I spoke on the Friday with Greenwing and made them aware of my change in situation, I tried to sort a deal with them but we were £300 apart to which I said I would not be able to buy the car. After some thoughts I decided I wasn't going to miss out on the right car for the difference of £300. Fast forward to Friday night I contact them via text to get a response with a thumbs up to me visiting the car, I later asked what information on my part ex I needed to bring to which I got a reply at midnight so as a buyer you would assume the car is still for sale. I attended Greenwing at there opening time like agreed on the Saturday to be surprised to see a sold sign on the car I went into reception to be told they were waiting for a deposit and the owner was not on site, I was also told they don't contact outside of hours and what I was saying was false but I had a text on my phone clearly showing the time of response at midnight. The owner then arrives to tell me that they have sold the car and that's how it is but why couldn't they contact me to tell me this instead of me making a round trip of 3 hours. I vented my frustration as any person would and got threatened to be removed from the site not a good way to treat customers as I had every right to have negative opinion. All I can say is if you want to get good customer service and an honest service then steer clear of Greenwing Motors, I would dread to think how a customer would be treated if they had a fault with a car they purchased from this company. I would not be writing this if they had the honesty to text or ring to say that the car may no longer be for sale. I am sure I will see a response to this review just like the others trying to turn it back onto the buyer.
