Anna Harris2 StarI have done 3 tax returns with Griffin Accountants. Every tax return has required extensive chasing up by me with completion happening circa 3 months after submitting all my documents and then, only when I have said 'if it isn't filed tomorrow I'm taking my business elsewhere'. The only reason I haven't been to another firm is because I keep thinking it will be my last tax return (due to the pending sale of a rental property) but after it happening AGAIN there is absolutely no way I will use them again. I have wasted too many hours of my life leaving messages, sending emails and seeing 'chase accountant' on my to-do list.
I gave 2 stars because 1) they did eventually do what they're supposed to do and 2) I also used them a few years ago for pay slips for having a nanny which was completed without hiccoughs.Sunday 2nd December 2018
