Train here once a week, with a couple of old friends, wow what a amazing job ste has done to this place , such a friendly place , Pam is such a top person always smiling , very welcoming. Well done gym life 👏👏👍👌

Used to train here 10yrs ago when it was called Better Bodies Gym and owned by Kerry. 10yrs later and although it's owned by Steve now (top guy) it has still kept the same values, character and people. It's a friendly gym with a great vibe. Ok, it doesn't have all the very latest technology for weight machines etc, but it doesn't matter. Everything works as it should do. Steve has spent (and is still spending) a lot of time and money to tidy things up and get the place looking more up to date. New refurbed toilets, changing area's, everywhere redecorated, new lighting, tv's, speakers. Well done Steve. Whilst all this work has been completed, a month's membership is still the same price it was 10yrs ago (£20), there's no contract or direct debit required, just pay cash or card every month, simple! Steve has even kept the seated area where you can sit and eat healthy meals all cooked by either Steve or one of his family members. These are reasonably priced too as are the recovery shakes etc. If there is one gripe I have it's the distance between my house and here (especially in rush hour traffic), but I chose to join here and I'm glad I did. Keep up the good work Steve! Thanks! 💪💪💪
