From first meeting Denise I knew she would make sure the send off we wanted was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and she listened to all our request and delivered them all. To those reading reviews regarding funeral directors I feel for you deeply as me, my mum and sister know exactly your pain but please from the bottom of my heart don’t look any further, the service provided by the team at Revells is only what I can describe as the very best. Denise provided such compassion and empathy and personal touches that us as a family will never forget, whether we needed her morning or night Denise was there. She held our hands and guided us in making decisions that we never thought we would have to make or at least so suddenly and unexpectedly. Liv, George and Jade what an amazing job you do again with such compassion and sincerity for such a young team the experience you brought to our journey again will never be forgotten. Like I say for you to be reading this your obviously facing very difficult weeks, months and years ahead, let the team at Revells support and guide you. I lost my beautiful mum on Xmas eve,Never had to try and organise something so hard.Thankfully i chose these beautiful ladys they took over all the stress Nothing was to much to ask and i can honestly say i felt so proud of my mums send off it was so beautiful . Denise, Cassie and all your lovely team thanks for everything you have done for us and our Mum [Joyce Hibbert],  we couldn't have wished for a better service. To lose your Mum is bad enough but to organise their funeral was unthinkable. But we didn't have to think about it did we Denise as you did all that for us, everything, the funeral, cars, flowers, order of service, celebrant, venue for after and the catering. You were amazing, so kind and patient, nothing was too much trouble it took all the stress away. We was a bit apprehensive about going to the Chapel but we needn't have worried, it was lovely, the fragrance from mums perfume was everywhere and best of all after all the pain Mum had gone through she looked absolutely beautiful which was a great comfort to us. It is such an important day to get everything right but I would, without hesitation, highly recommend your family business to provide the most professional, supportive, compassionate and respectful service. We can't thank you enough.
