Went in for the first time the other day. I wasn't let down great service from the time I arrived to the pick up time. Dropped the car at the reception the habdled the rest and when I returned on my specified time the car was done and ready. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!! As a motor trader, I wanted to give it a try for my own car with H2O to see if I will be satisfied with their service and maybe improve my own valeting skills by seeing from them. Because valeting is one of the most important steps in our business. First of all, location is very convenient. It is because, it's literally inside the trafford centre car park right next to the john lewis, which means while you and your family are shopping around your car is being valeted. What got me more was the warm welcome when I arrived there. The lady at reception was so helpful, welcoming and friendly that it made me feel comfortable. When I went back to pick up my car I could not believe, it was immaculate. Valeting was so professional. Detail cleaning was done properly. Also hand wax and paint protection gave my car a fresh look. I highly recommend this place as a motor trader. They have really high standarts which will not disappoint you. Excellent service! Will go back again!

Just had our Porsche Cayenne washed whilst visiting the Trafford centre and the young gentlemen at the front desk found £100 under the drivers seat and was very honest by letting us know and putting it in the glove box.
