Sally-ann Coleman5 StarI went in the salon for a colour correction. I had very coppery coloured hair with a band of mismatched colour. Annalea talked me through the process, explaining everything she was doing and products used. Excellent service. Still a way to go to get the perfect colour but I'm very happy with the first stage of the process.

Maria Pemberton5 StarI have been to salon today for the first time with Charlotte. Had the best experience from start to finish . Every member of staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was nervous about getting my hair cut, I needn't had been Charlotte was lovely listened to my concerns and fixed my messed up hair. I'm thrilled with it and have finally found my new hairdresser. Steven Tipton1 StarThe owner promotes her apprentices as graduated hair stylist to the customers while charging the customer full price and only paying them £4.65 per hour. She then leaves the apprentice in charge of the shop while she goes away on holiday and on her return deducts £25.00 from her because the apprentice made a mistake on cutting hair. Please remember the apprentice has had NO Training on cutting hair yet. Not professional and Dawn mistreats her staff, please beware always check the qualifications of the stylist that they are fully trained in what your requirements and needs are as she will pass off an untrained person and charge you full price. Only interested in the money and not the client.Thursday 3rd March 2022
