Theo Stavrinides1 StarFood was pretty good over all customer service started out well however............. my partner ordered beef with chilli and spring onions. On opening the order it was clear there was no beef to be seen. Just a tub with onions and sauce (a vegetarians dream). On contacting the take away they insisted she didn't order beef. The answer being 'we didn't charge you for that'. That doesn't resolve the issue. Customer service went from 5* to 1* over 1 phone call.
