Rang and ordered for collection Asked for chicken beef chow mein with just onion (no other veg or bean sprouts).got my food there was some green veg in it and also ordered a tub of sweet and sour sauce which you didn't even include in my order. Then told me I'd have to come all the way back for you to sort it. Will not be ordering from here again

1st time ordering from here and i was not disappointed the food was delicious and hot. will definitely order again and recommend. The food came earlier than expected as well ordered through just eat

Ordered via Uber Eats, the app advised the order would be delivered between 18:55 and 19:15. App updated to suggest the delivery was on it’s way. I phoned at 19:30, no answered but left a message, no response and no update on the app. Tried the land line again no reply. After an hour later than latest expected delivery time I rang and cancelled via message as no reply to the phone call. The driver arrived at 20:40 I advised home the order had been cancelled. They are obviously happy to use Uber Eats to get your business but there is zero customer service once they have your order. Would never use again r recommend this restaurant.

Food was over two hours late and arrived stone cold. Don't take orders if you're too busy to fulfill them, simple! Disappointing.

We’ve used this take away regularly since it last reopened, in recent months the service and food has declined. We will no longer be using them. The delivery time has been over two hours the past 3 times we’ve ordered, when calling for an update all you get told is they’re really busy and it’s in its way. When the food does turn up it’s cold and not edible.
