They have zero respect for their clients. They never respond to any emails or letters. They do not care about clients time or money. They almost lost me the house I was wanting to purchase... twice. I had to contact the sellers direct and the seller's solicitors, to salvage what Hargreaves let fall through the cracks. They also never respond to the vendor"s estate agent when asking for updates. Nothing is reviewed for accuracy. If you want a successful, legal transaction executed with due diligence, do yourself a favour and look else where.

Avoid at all costs. Slow time wasting solicitors, when escalated concerns to office manager & MD it had no impact on getting resolutions. When i moved due to lack of communication and stress I got an abusive phone call from Peter the solicitor on the case. Good Job Pete very professional! you hang in there pal.

He was knowledgeable, on the ball, but above all, highly empathetic with my father who is in ill health and is a vulnerable adult.
