Went to HbyH today for the first time. Booked Lauren because of the previous reviews i saw. Customers, highly recommended her. I was not disappointed. She listened and advised me on the best way to have my hair styled today. She is very highly talented and I would be returning for my next appointment with her in afew months time. All of the staff made me very welcomed. A very highly professional saloon.

I really love this salon. You walk in, there's a smiling face to greet you, and it never feels hurried. Every stylist I've ever seen there has made time for a proper consultation prior to styling, and can discuss knowledgeably my options in terms of cutting and colouring. They work as a team, and their focus on excellence comes from the salon's owner, the charismatic and inspired Harriet Newton. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Manchester. And in case you're wondering, no, I'm not a family member, employee or friend. Just a satisfied customer.
