I'd give it a zero honestly. Ordered a taxi, said I want it for half an hour. Turned up two minutes later. Driver said he'd wait, but was gone after a few minutes. Waited in case he came back, and he never. Rang back up, was told 3 minutes, and taxi didn't turn up after 40 minutes. Absolutely disgusting service.

I always preferred to use this firm up until today. Order a taxi twenty minutes in advance, still waiting an hour later after two phone calls and being told two minutes and one phone call being put on hold and cut off. Will not be getting my business again. If you can't do the job, have the decency to say so, especially on an airport run.
