We recently lost our daughter very suddenly and needed help with funeral arrangements.Our granddaughter came across these wonderful people in her local village.The support and help they gave us in arranging everything was amazing , everything we wanted was sorted out for us with such care and compassion.All the worries of not getting everything right were taken away from us . She understood us and seemed to know what we were thinking before we did. The care and compassion Robbie and Steph showed to our whole family was amazing. They advocated for us and provided the most highly professional yet personal service. The funeral was beautiful which I didn't think I would ever be possible especially my Mum's funeral. Can't recommend highly enough. The staff were kindness itself they couldn't have been more sympathetic and helpful nothing was too much trouble.They answered all our questions and gave us much needed advice and suggestions. They arranged everything for us including a very gentle and skillful Celebrant to present the service .Everything they arranged went like clockwork on the day of the funeral when we needed it most. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone, their charges were very competitive and came in under the initial estimate. Thank you so much to Robbie and Steph and all the staff. We used Herbert Murray for a funeral recently and the service they provided was outstanding. Throughout the subsequent funeral arrangements, both she and Steph were the most sensitive and compassionate people I and my family could have wished for. Having attended a friend’s funeral two years ago organised by Herbert Murray we had no hesitation in selecting them when my mum passed away. The presentation of my wife, in her coffin, took me back many years to before all the pain and suffering came into my wife's life. Nothing was too much trouble to the team, including the provision of an amazing "non-aromatic" (my words) spray of tropical flowers due to my wife suffering from hay fever. The Celebrant that they recommended - Debbie Jones- did not disappoint in the least, her delivery and content was excellent. The final touch, by Robbie and Steph, to provide 6 No sprays from the wreath was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. An all round excellent service provision by the team. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Steph was marvellous when i asked this Company to arrange my Dad's funeral. Very professional and knowlwdgeable yet still friendly and reassuring.
