Heyrod 500 club

The 500 club gives you a chance to contribute to the up keep of the village hall, whilst giving you the opportunity to win something back.

With a minimum stake of just £1.00 per month – you won’t notice it has gone but the hall will benefit from your contribution. 

For every £1.00 donated by standing order per month, you get two numbers in the draw – you can have as many numbers as you want in multiples of £1.00. The numbers you are allocated will stay the same each month, so that there would be no question as to who the numbers belong to.

The draw is made during the HRA meeting held at the village hall each month – all are welcome to attend this meeting. The prize fund will be half of all the monies collected the preceding calendar month, with that amount producing three prizes in the ratio 50:25:25. So as an example, if £200 is received during the month £100 would go to the hall/community funds and the prize pot would be £100, giving one prize of £50 and two prizes of £25 each.

Winners will be notified directly. Details of winning numbers will be included in summary notes from the meetings and posted on the Heyrod Village Facebook pages.
