I worked at Hillcrest for over two years as a senior. Policies and procedures are adhered to every single day. Regular updated training given to staff to cover all areas of care. Hillcrest is more like a home than a place to work, such a lovely atmosphere. I was sad to leave but the hours did not suit me after my circumstances changed. I would go back in a heartbeat otherwise. Thank you for the great opportunity of working with such an amazing team.

Hillcrest is an amazing care home with amazing staff, everyone is so caring and loving towards the residents. Its a shame there's people trying to talk bad about the carehome saying they don't wear PPE but yet there's been no cases of covid at all..hillcrest is doing an amazing job keeping the residents safe and keeping in line with the government guidelines!!

I worked here for 3 years it has a home from home feel which you don't get in many places all staff members care for residents as if they were family, the pandemic hit everyone hard but they have full PPE at disposal, regular covid tests which is such a piece of mind for everyone,and I'm very proud to say the home has been covid free from the start.All staff have worked tirelessly to keep it out of the home and service users safety is top priority, I couldn't be more proud to say I was part of such a great team.This home is filled with love and laughter and that is such a wonderful thing to have, stay safe our unsung hereos, I hope one day soon I can come back and visit x

I loved working at Hillcrest, I was a team leader, I'd like people to think about things before writing and commenting about the staff or owners. Lorraine and Margaret are lovely ladys. The staff are not robots and no one was expecting a pandemic.!!! Unfortunately it was care homes were the last to get PPE.!!!!. The staff work tirelessly to strive to give the best care possible. Also think about the staff who put there lives at risk, to be there to care for your family members. We are all human at the end of the day, please stop with the bad reviews, they are extremely uncalled for. This is an exceptional care home, with excellent facilities, and committed, enthusiastic and well trained staff. I miss the job, the people, the happiness and managers. I have been carrying out work at Hillcrest Care Home for over 10 years, during this time I have always found staff to be very caring, friendly and honest. The home is always clean and the food smells amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 😊
