Maz K5 StarStore manager is an exmaple to lead.
Anne Marie acted proactively and called me to inform that my Click&Collect order arrived in store but the items inside sounded like they were damaged.
She advised she opened the parcel and ndeed one item was indeed damaged.
She instantly reordered it for me and left a voicemail to explain what happened.
