The caregivers for my father are exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough about the love and attention they give him and the security this gives me about how safe he is and how well he is looked after.
They have a really great camaraderie with him and give him fabulous friendship as well as looking after his needs. They treat him with respect (as he does with them) and it brings me great joy to know that he has these incredible people in his life – and our life. Thank you so much, Home Instead you have totally enriched our lives.

Kaz Fulton5 StarWonderful company to work for, good training before you go out and a good shadowing plan, they don't just throw you in at the deep end! So far, I've had just the best clients, some more challenging but overall you have the support from a fab office team! I've made some lovely friends and the rates are very good, flexible hrs to suit you.

David Rees5 StarI was in a very difficult situation recently where my Gran was hospitalised and my vulnerable Granddad who is heavily medicated was at home alone. I spent 3 weeks off of work caring for him searching for help which was not forthcoming from social services. I instructed Home Instead to look after him. They have spent a great deal of time and effort (especially Kim) keeping me update and ensuring everything from hospital visits to calling up and obtaining INR results every week. They have continued to go above and beyond my expectation and have a real desire to ensure that its as pleasant as possible for everyone involved and also cost effective for myself. I hope not to require Home Instead's help for the foreseeable future as my Grandparents need to be moved to assisted living.
I do have to confess that they lost my Granddad on the first day! It wasn't their fault as he had decided to order a Taxi and go off on his own accord! However once located they dealt with the situation calmly and returned him home.Thursday 30th March 2017
