Great place to do DIY shopping and gardening and other household tools. Lots of parking space...The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. During the COVID time, they opened with good safety measures. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone. The shop is miles away from where I live so I rely on emails or phone calls but no one every seems to answer so trying to sort anything out is unbelievably stressful. I’ve ordered a kitchen which is amazing quality but has been so stressful to try and sort anything out.

Total chaos. Putting new stock out, but none of the staff had any idea where the things I'd gone for were now. Yes I'd checked online they were in stock before I went. When actually found one of the items I'd gone for it wasn't the same price as shown online. Staff totally unhelpful just repeated oh we moving stock around so I don't know where that would be.

Some distance from home so unlikely to use regularly but had great offer and stock on screening products I needed. Great click and collect system, quick responses and goods ready as promised. would happily use again. General stock range seemed varied too and prices competitive
