A two person Mickey Mouse company. I was asked to go for an interview, I went for an interview only to be left sitting in reception and being told that the interviewer was sick and could I come back another day. This person should have taken my number in the first place, instead, whenever I ring this company the so called Manager sounds like she has just got out of bed with no professional telephone manner not even stating who the company is or taking down proper details. On the second interview, I was left sitting there whilst this person spoke to somebody else on the phone at length, turning her back to me. I was told I would get to know the outcome of my application on Monday. Monday came, no communication. So I rang to enquire. I was told by the same person who always answers the phone that she will have to discuss it with her manager, even though SHE is the manager, so lied to me as she makes the decision. This job was for no experience, working locally, you didn't have to drive. I had been on a full intensive Care Cert course in London, nursed my Father 24/7 before his passing doing everything and I live locally and was willing to put up with their dire wages. I rang on the Wednesday only to be told that she had sent me an email to say I had been unsuccessful. I have received no such email and asked why I had been unsuccessful, and she wouldn't tell me. Don't bother...a two woman Mickey Mouse outfit that isn't worth your time & effort. Very unprofessional. If you look at the 5 star review below, that review is coming from the actual owner or manager of the company if you look at the company's owner. Sad when you have to give your own company a 5 star review with nobody else giving the same 5 stars. I wouldn't trust them to look after any of my elderly relatives!
