Hi, I'm Jen and I manage Homeclean in the Manchester area. I know from my own experience how difficult and time consuming finding a reliable and experienced cleaner can be. Here at Homeclean, we make the process as simple and hassle free as possible, without costing you a fortune. Homeclean have been offering clients an outstanding service for more than 30 years. It can be hard work living with 4 dogs and 1 cat, the mess they produce on a day to day basis proves very tiring. Sandra however visits on a weekly basis (Trust me we need it) and she brings life back in to the house. I now come home from work worrying about what I can do with all the extra time saved on keeping the house clean! I've recommended you guys to all my family and friends, a truly wonderful cleaning service you provide! I would really recommend using Homeclean for your domestic cleaning. They have very professional to deal with and communication with them is great. Their staff are friendly and reliable. I am glad I have found them and entered into a working relationship with them. Finally I feel that I am on top with my cleaning! Yes, for a regular cleaning service we ask that you provide the cleaning equipment and materials for your cleaner to use. This is because many clients have particular products which they prefer to be used in their home. We also like to prevent any cross contamination which could occur if equipment is used in multiple properties. We can often provide equipment for one-off cleans. Please ask when booking. Yes we have a minimum visit length of two hours. Your cleaner will be happy to do any laundry or ironing if required to make up the time. Clients who require less than 2 hours per week often opt for 2 hours per fortnight instead. You will pay the cleaner direct after each clean that they complete for you. Most of our clients will pay their cleaner in cash but it is also fine to pay by bank transfer if that is more convenient. Agency fees which are paid to Homeclean can be paid by credit or debit card or bank transfer. We are very proud of our vetting procedure. Prior to commencing work with us we require our cleaners to provide references from cleaning work that they have completed. We then verify these references by calling the referee and asking further questions regarding the quality of work, reliability and trustworthiness of the cleaner. Many of our clients prefer the cleaning to be done whilst they are out of the house. Most of our cleaners are keyholders for at least one client. The location of your keys can be tracked using our online client portal and we never keep your address anywhere near the keys for security reasons. If you do not wish the cleaner to have keys then you could consider fitting a key safe, or letting the cleaner in before you leave for work. We want you to have a cleaner who you are extremely satisfied with, so if at any point you wish to change your cleaner then you can get in touch with us and we are usually able to find a replacement very quickly. We are continually collecting feedback from our clients about how our cleaners are performing. Once we know the days and times that you would like a cleaner for then we check who is available in your area and always allocate a cleaner with the highest possible feedback rating. Yes. Most of our clients have annual contracts with us. After the first year of an annual contract is completed then we offer a 25% discount for each and every year from year two. We know that each and every client and property is different so we don’t stipulate what must be done in each house. On your first clean the cleaner will ask what your requirements are and will be able to let you know what is possible within the allocated time. If more or less time is required then you will be able to make the decision for future cleans. We are aware that many cleaning companies will add their fee to every hour that you use the cleaner for but we find that this results in clients paying a higher hourly rate overall. By charging the agency fee separately we are able to keep our costs down and pass on these savings to our clients. Clients who use us for 2 hours per week pay the equivalent of around £12.15 per hour.

If there was an option of providing no stars, I would choose that. ‼️Stay away from this company‼️ They boast of hiring experienced cleaners whom you can apparently ‘trust’ to even leave your house keys with. The cleaner who came to my house has been with the company for less than two weeks and said she had no cleaning experience in the past (the company claim otherwise and say she had references, but it isn’t difficult to get a false reference). The toilet brush lives beside the toilet, universally. The cleaner however chose to use a steel scrubber (designated to be used for the wash basin /sink) inside the toilet commode (with bare hands!) and cause these permanent scratch marks- damages that cannot be unfortunately undone. The company claim they can only apologise for this ‘accidental’ damage and it wasn’t intentional. When I requested to speak to their manager/ escalate to their owner, a staff member called Shannon had the audacity to say that the ‘owner wouldn’t be interested’ in dealing with such complaints, even when I specifically spoke about pursuing legal action. Well, I am certain they will be very interested in due course of time.

Absolutely love how Jessica does her job and goes the extra mile when I'm not well which is so appreciated, as I live on my own n have no support its nice to know I have support twice a week when Jessica comes.

I had been called for almost a month with the call handling team trying to secure the right date for my clean. We secured today at 10.00am, I moved my whole day around and didn’t go into the office so I could be here to open up for the cleaner. 10.15, no sign and 10.30am still no sign…. I then call up and they say they will call the cleaner. Long story short their best solution after speaking with Rachel for this was to “book another one in next week”? Not even a free one off clean or at a discount because of the absolute shambles of a service. I will not be using this business. They are soooo eager to secure your business and are persistent but when it comes down to the clean, no one even turns up! Don’t waste your time on this company. Rachel

The service I received from this team, from my initial enquiry has been excellent, even responding after they should have gone home. The transaction side is so easy too. And the cleaner they have found me is amazing and does a brilliant job. I recommend them extremely highly and will tell all my friends.

Scam they just want your money don't provide you with cleaners on time false promises took my money and kept me hanging on for cleaner in the end told them to leave
