Had to jump In here to defend this company. Home fair blinds have kitted out 3 of my own homes. 4 of my friends on my recommendation and my parents home. They do the budget end deals. Or the skies the limit. They have always shown professional Craftsmanship when doing the work. I am only too happy to recommend them. I always do. Our entire estate in Disley is Homefair Blinds. I love our Zebra blinds and bedroom black out blinds. Sorry to see such snide reviews. Reminds me of people that complain on holiday that their ‘chip’ wasn’t cooked. Or their beer wasn’t quite cool enough. Some people pfffft. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If it was possible to give no stars then I would for this bunch of timewasters. Had appointment booked for salesman to come to my flat Weds 23 June between 5pm and 8pm. Never showed. Not even phone call to explain no show. Totally wasted my time. Wouldnt wipe my backside on this outfit if this is how they treat prospective clients.

We have used home fair blinds 3 times for various rooms in our home. Happy with the results at the time of purchase and fitting, until recently when we decided to decorate and have the blinds dry cleaned. We had 5 small roman blinds Fitted to our bay window. They were easy to remove and the cleaning label suggests dry clean only. I took them to the dry cleaners where they told me the rods and the weights will need removing. Neither myself or the dry cleaners could see anyway of removing them without cutting the material. I contacted home fair blinds who said they would look into this for me. The area manager David Walton contacted me by email. He suggested the only way to remove the rods and weights was to cut the material. He also suggested a discount if I wanted new ones making !!!!! Very in helpful man. I was shocked at his response surly when you pay over £500 for blinds you shouldn’t have to cut them. I’ve paid for the rods and weights to be removed as I didn’t want to damage them. The professional said it’s a disgrace that I have had to do this and explained they are very poorly made. I’ve had them dry cleaned but now they need to be returned to the machinist to sew them back up. Very unhappy customer who won’t be purchasing any more blinds from this company.

Used to offer an excellent service but the last 2 orders we have placed the blinds have been made incorrectly, the last order we placed was made incorrectly twice and took months to be put right!! I should of realised when the guy was due to come to measure up but went to the wrong address, no phone call to query the address just went onto his next job.

I ordered Venetian blinds for 3 rooms on the 18 th of March and paid in full and was told my installation date was 14th April on the 13th April I recieved a call saying it had been cancelled as problem with the manufacturer I asked if I could have a refund and was told no refer to your terms and conditions....I heard nothing for a week so I rang again on 20th April and was told they would check if they had arrived and call me back the same day and nothing... very poor customer service...I have today made enquiries about consumer rights act and been advised that I should issue a claim in the county court for not receiving goods...I will allow a few more days before before I issue a county court judgement against them to recover my money
