Please think twice before using this company. My partner placed an order before lock down and she has still not received her order. We totally understand that under the current lock down situation there will be delays etc. However, we have been told on numerous occasions the order should be with us on the next delivery. We are constantly having to chase things up and now we feel they are now just telling us anything. So, please think twice before dealing with this company

Absolutely shocking service!! A new level of incompetence. I partly blame myself for ignoring the reviews. My order was placed 19/2/20 and the sales lady was lovely (Wendy), very friendly, 10/10 (paid in full) 3 sets of new louvres. 2 weeks later I picked up the louvres. 2 sets were perfect, but the bedroom set were far too short. They had to be remeasured. We then went into lockdown - completely unforeseen. However, once they reopened, I had to send an email and several phone calls to chase up my outstanding order, as I hadn't heard anything from them. Several weeks later of speaking to people in the Denton office and chasing up, they re-made my blinds...only this time they were too long! I've waited six months for them to be too short and then too long! I sent them back, I was told to come in to the Denton Head Office, measure them with Paul the Manager. I did just that. A week later...guess what? THEY'RE STILL TOO LONG! 18/08/20. According to Paul it was my fault because he used my measurements. Interesting, as according to me, once again they hadn't made their blinds to fit - hat-trick! I folded and marked the louvres very clearly to where I wanted it...and still it was wrong! I'm not the professional blinds specialist, they are. I don't go out to measure blinds for living, they do. I hadn't made several mistakes dated back to February 2020, they did. I wasn't the one who refused to acknowledge my mistakes, they were. Paul also had the audacity to refuse to refund me, even though I had waited six months to receive items, that was already paid for and incorrect on delivery. However, Paul was very aware of his and Homefair Blinds shoddy service and gave me some 'magic hooks' to help lift the louvres to the desired height. By then I was past caring. Ask yourself if a set of blinds is worth this much hassle!! Can so many people reviewing this company be wrong? Do your research, read reviews and shop elsewhere! They are cheap for a reason. Never again!!
