Zero stars! I am on to my 8th visit from an engineer now. This all started with a slipped belt but it fell off again the moment the engineer put it back on. Since then we have had several new parts fitted to the machine which have turned it from a washer dryer that won't spin, into a pretty decent fire hazard situated under my stairs to ensure when it burns my house down, that i perish in the flames. Just another hoover service thrown in for us there. Following a motherboard and motor change, we are pleased to report that (we assume its some kind of Saw'esque upgrade) the dryer now completely fills the drum with water whilst pouring the contents onto the heating elements causing the most terrific burning smell and smoke from the rear of the machine. The Washer Dryer broke in September 2021 after it had just come out of warranty so we paid the £130 repair fee and since then a great deal of reparation guess work has taken place at my expense. Almost all of the machine has been replaced so far and the fault is still persisting with Hoover beyond reluctant to admit defeat. I shall soldier on however in the hope that i cause Hoover as much financial stress and expenditure as possible whilst occupying as much of the engineers time as possible to ensure that Customer Service slips so far down for Hoover, that eventually they cease to exist. Please do not buy a Hoover device. Simply save for that extra week and buy a good brand.

I’d give it a 0 star rating if it was possible. My cooker hood was making a really loud noise and needed replacing 6 months ago. I called this company several times and no one would answer and if someone eventually answered, they would give you a 2/3 weeks maximum time and then when someone from the company arrived they’d tell you that they’ll order a new cooker hood for you.. 2 months would pass by and still no hood ordered and when another 2 months have passed by again it’d turn out to be the wrong one. Now being 7 weeks in, this company is claiming that they have still not received the correct cooker hood yet. This is the worst company ever.. I regret joining this company. And I recommend no one joining this too. Just a total joke and a waste of time. They make new excuses each time too. Get rid of this company as soon as possible!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service! I have a candy condenser dryer that is less than 9 months old! It’s stopped working. It’s now winter and I have a set of new born twins! It’s taken me 2 hours to get through to customer services! I am now told I will have to wait 2 week for new parts! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You get what you PAY for!

I have never dealt with a company as incompetent as this one. The first repair person ordered the wrong part, the second could offer no guidance whatsoever. We were told we would receive a call. Never happened. I called every day for a week and each time was told I would receive a call in the next 4 hours. Never did. After 6 calls from me and 2 from my landlord, Hoover said they didn't know how to fix the fridge. Horrible experience - avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful service and I will never purchase any of their products again in the future. There is a fault with the touch buttons on the tumble dryer, when the dryer is mid cycle it gets warm and creates condensation, this then interferes with the buttons and either selects buttons that I am not selecting or doesn’t acknowledge buttons that I am selecting! They have sent 3 engineers now 2 weeks apart that have changed the touch sensor panel twice and also taken it apart and dried inside with a hairdryer! Nothing has worked and each time I use it, it starts and then doesn’t finish the cycle and also won’t let me start a new one! They are refusing to replace or refund the item, they just keep sending engineers out every 2 weeks!!!
