Arranged to come and quote on Thursday then cancelled. Rearranged for Saturday, told him we were going out at 12 noon so arranged for 11am. Hugh didn't bother to turn up or contact us. When we contacted him to check if all was still okay for 11am, got no reply for an hour. Later he text to say tomorrow or Monday? No apology for keeping us waiting. Can't comment on quality of his work, however if his work is as good as his organisation, we are glad we didn't use him! UNPROFESSIONAL.

Came with 2 days of phoning and offered a good price. The washer needed installing but access to all the pipes is really poor. Managed to get a solution quickly. Very pleased and highly recommended. Thanks

Hugh turned up on time to the minute, and had the job done and cleaned up after within an hour. He even helped me with advice on other things that I intend to do myself... Altogether professional service with extra help for free. Very highly recommended!

Hugh came on the same afternoon that I left my phone number on this website. He arrived promptly and sorted out our toilet flushing problem with the minimum of fuss. Excellent workmanship and a very nice man.
