We are delighted you are considering joining our Hursthead Infant family. We are very proud of our school. Hursthead Infant School is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and ranked number 1 in Stockport for our end of Key Stage 1 results in reading, writing and maths. In some instances, our results are over double the national average.
At Hursthead Infant school we also believe strongly in a holistic approach and developing the child as a whole. Life at Hursthead Infant School is under-pinned by a family ethos and we ensure that each and every child is nurtured. The pastoral care we provide is key in order for all children to flourish. We place a strong emphasis on music, art and sport and aim to develop rounded individuals.
