At Ian Fenton Design & Build our aim is to take the hassle out of building projects for our customers by fully organising the whole job from the initial design stage through all the building work & regulations, electrics, heating, plastering & lighting etc to a speedy quality completion.
We are a family run business that started out in 1989 as a upvc window, door & conservatory company building up a good local customer base & reputation without any need for advertising with most of our work coming from customer repeat business & recommendations to their friends & family. Even today we still have the same telephone no. & full back up guarantee service.
In 2002 we branched out into larger building projects of luxury bungalows, houses & apartments with full project management from initial design through to handing over the door keys, but with the slump in the housing market we decided to concentrate on the ever popular orangery / glazed extension market & on our window, door & conservatory company.
