Be very aware of these people they are not what they seem. They use a "trading name" of Domestic Repair & General (similar to a legitimate company) to "sell" home appliance cover to elderly people by telephone. When noticed by a direct debit of £179 showing on my mothers account and asked to provide details of cover and process etc they have just completely ignored my request for details. Their website states their business is SEO yet they are a cold call business pressuring elderly people. My advice is avoid at all costs.

I used Iceberg Media to put together my website for my start up business as a florist. I was very pleased with the process. I was able to speak with someone all the way through the process and felt that I had plenty of involvement in the design process to make sure the website was 100% what I was after. Staff were friendly and knowledgable, responses prompt and the cost great. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Iceberg Media again

Be careful. This company creates the impression that they are doing well in increasing your SEO rankings in Google. What they neglect to say is that they pick keywords that have no traffic and therefore very easy to rank quickly in Google. When I pointed this out to the Directors this was his response ( below). Quite rude and abrupt. There are plenty of SEO companies out there and its a minefield but reading reviews about this company will at least give you a heads up. In my experience this type of company will try and damage your website so I have alerted my current SEO company to watch out for any bad links etc . The director then goes onto "rubbish" my current SEO company. Very unprofessional! "Peter, You gave me them 3 areas so I used the relevant keywords on your site. And savy, yet your current company are doing a rubbish job. I can rank anything in 3/4 months as i don't even have access for on page but never mind. To conclude, you waste your time and money with your current company and ill wish you and the business well.

Actively trying to poach some of our clients using underhanded and confusing tacts. SEO is an area which a lot of businesses don't really understand which has led to a raft of so called 'agencies' taking peoples money, confusing them with technical language, overcharging for their work and not delivering results. They have sent keyword reports to our clients saying they are not ranking well so need to switch their SEO to them. What they don't mention is that these selected keywords are not valuable to their business so paying to rank for them is a waste of time and money. On top of that, these keyword reports purposefully omit valuable key words which WE DO rank our clients highly for i.e. the keywords which actually generate our clients money. Shameful business. They also charge 2.5k a month (!!) for national SEO which is outrageous for an agency with no track record to speak of. Update: In response to owners comments: This is exactly what I mean. What the hell kind of response is this? I have, quite rightly, accused you of using underhanded tactics to confuse customers and over charge them. Additionally I have done a bit of digging since my review and found a number of other reviews buried on various scam alert sites naming your directors. In response to all of this you want me to do you job for you by telling you key words so you can poach my clients? Absolutely ridiculous!

Spammers. I started a website and get constant emails from bots, telling these bots to take me off their mailing lists only makes the spam worse, so I now respond to them and ask them to call me, this company is one of the spammers (or paid for my contact details from the spammers, which is just as bad). Unethical business practices, these emails wake me up in the middle of the night, I wish I could give zero stars.
