Really upset went to Iceland today went to slimming world section picked to meals has I thought out of the fridge get them home realise there not slimming world meals which to me should not of been in the same fridge phone Iceland up they tell me can't exchange them because I've got no receipt unfare because I been on slimming world meals for sometime now can't eat these meal I've pick up ant to complain to this company does anybody know the address of the complaints department

Iceland is a great store it's mostly frozen food in big chest freezers they have a really good variety meat veg desserts, meals like I said good variety. They all so have other stuff none frozen like baked goods chrisps ECT veg & fruit cheese, dairy ECT I like the prices and that they have good selection of frozen stuff this store is inside the salford shopping centre LOCATED in salford manchester England

Food is very expensive, you couldn't do a week's shopping here on a budget. A couple of deliveries have gone wrong, 1 the delivery man smashed my eggs on my drive and said he would replace them and never did and 2 my shopping came minus my freezer stuff so I had to go all the way back and have them replace them all.

Staff absolutely brilliant very friendly and helpful. Freezers & fridges fully stocked with everything you need. I always make use of the 10% discount for pensioners on a Tuesday.

Always appears to be understaffed. Be prepared to queue at the tills. Friendly helpful colleagues, even if they are being overworked.
