We now have a wonderful en suite. A big plus with Iconic Bathrooms is that they don't just provide the goods but they also provide an excellent installation service carried out by one of their hand picked plumbers who regularly work for them. The process is quick and efficient and is as follows: 1. Visit Iconic Bathrooms and give broad outline of what you want doing (about 30 minutes). 2 Iconic Bathrooms allocate one of their plumbers to your job. 3. Plumber will visit your home to assess job and provide installation estimate which came through in less than 24 hours. 4 Once you have agreed estimate and paid a deposit you arrange to go back to Iconic Bathrooms to discuss choice of goods. This could take up to 2 hours depending how sure you are about what you want and how quickly you are able to make decisions. Goods are paid for and ordered at this stage. 5. The plumber will contact you to arrange an installation start date. 6 For us the installation took 18 days. This was longer than we expected but was due to the painstaking care and impeccable standards that the plumber worked to ....a perfectionist!. We are delighted with the results. See video.

After wanting (but also dreading) having my bathroom completely ripping out, my daughter persuaded me to call into Iconic Bathrooms. Lee was so helpful & made the whole process easy. Anton was my fitter & we couldn't have asked for a better worker. He made virtually no mess and we just kept his energy levels up with cups of coffee. He was a perfectionist and his work was outstanding. I would go through it all again (and probably will because I would like my en suite doing too). Even Dan the boss hoovered my stairs, what a star. Our on-suite bathroom was recently updated by the above company We visited their showroom in Sale and from the moment we visited we were completely put at ease by Lee Howells I now have a bathroom that is so beautiful and up to date all thanks to the team at Iconic Bathrooms From our initial meeting to the finished project it was a first class customer service from start to finish Lee and his expert knowledge and his understanding of what I wanted to achieve was nothing short of a miracle. My shower room has been refurbished. It looks amazing, a completely different room now. Callum has done a wonderful job, he was very professional. I keep going in to look at the room, I can't believe it looks so good. 100% happy and would definitely recommend Iconic Bathrooms
