A very bad experience. Came to get the car washed and vacuumed. We paid the money for vacuuming and the machine didn't work. When asked the employees why it doesn't work properly, they knew it didn't work and still let people use it, and were like can't do anything if it doesn't work. The money's gone Did not even set up a board to let the customer know it doesn't work. They want money and let users use it even though it doesn't work. A very bad experience. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Going here for years, their opinions go from around £1. 50-£12 giving you varaity of options of car washing. They spray a type of degreaser, scrub the car down and jet wash the car before it enters the car wash and this is for all options of selected washes. They have increased their prices over time and decreased the amount of time you can use the machine to hoover due to inflation. They also have a valet option which ranges in price depending of what option is picked. If I was to give any improvements they can make is to change or improve the drying clothes bits at the end as the car does not dry as well as it use to and also not much shampoo is used in the beginning, seems to gotten watered down.

Terrible this supposedly is a business based on vehicle cleaning. However they ALWAYS brush before flush! Which they really should know is terrible as you rub sand in the paintwork! I always have to stop them from taking the brush first and force them to first pressure wash around before handling a brush and they never appreciate. I'm sorry pal that you don't know your job but I pay you to do what I want you to do not what you think is easier! A bit of a understanding how paint and cleaning works would not be a waste of energy here!

I use IMO car washes frequently. After paying for the triple wash program and having my vehicle washed I noticed the horizontal rotating brush inside the wash wasn’t working! When I reported it to both operators they just said ‘yeah it’s broken’ But neglected to tell me or the other queuing drivers still taking their money and not washing their vehicles completely as the roof is still dirty. You’ve just lost a customer I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Heap car wash, however "powerful vacuums" do not work and there is nothing to inform customers until the money is spent, apart from that i have never had an issue with the service
