A nice team but seriously let down by their choice of carpet fitter. Damaged furniture, left plastic label tags in the carpet to walk on and generally no care or attention for our property. I wouldn’t recommend on this basis until they find a more professional fitter

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff very professional and stayed smiling all through my dithering and couldn't make my mind up visit, the fitters are lovely and did a brilliant job and would not hesitate to recommend these people for all your floor covering needs.

When you are spending more than £10,000 on a Kahrs floor, you want some one you can trust. Independent fitters were absolutely superb, not just at bidding for the work, but working with us on the layout and choice of finish. The craftsmen they used were highly skilled, competent and fast and with over 100sq m, it was laid in a jiffy.

Seriously, do not use this company to get your carpets fitted. The shop has a nice selection of good quality carpets but the fitting is incredibly shoddy. It’s tempting to support a smaller business, but we got a much better service from a more established carpet shop in Hazel Grove.

Had the best experience with independent fitters from start to finish extremely friendly staff very knowledgeable you could tell they didn’t just want my money!! Had time for me and gave me lots of advice! Bring on my next room, great little local shop 👍
