Before committing to working with us, we will be happy to provide you with a list of contact details for some of our existing clients, in your area. You don't have to take our word for it that we provide the highest level of IT Support in the North West!

2 - Direct Hot Line to our Technical Support Team

No annoying, automated phone systems or virtual secretaries - direct access to technical personnel.

All phone calls to our in-house, full time, Support Desk team are answered immediately and we provide a GUARANTEED response time for site visits if they are required/requested.

From the outset, all contact with you is managed solely by our full-time team of technically experienced support staff, comprising of our Telephone Support Desk team, our field based engineers, and our senior management team who all have extensive experience providing IT Support to businesses. This approach ensures that you always receive prompt and effective support to resolve your IT problems.

A member of our senior management team attends all meetings with a prospective client to ensure you receive the very best advice from the outset and moving forwards.

When it comes to something as important as IT Support for your business, the last thing you want is to have a Salesperson try to sell you something you don’t really need, or that won’t even work properly. Furthermore, when you call for assistance, you don’t want to waste time speaking to people who can’t help you with the problem you are calling about there and then.

3 - Apprentice and Subcontractor Free Zone

Unlike many other IT Support Companies, we will NEVER allow anybody to have access to your systems without the individual first passing rigorous in-house tests to prove their in-depth technical experience, professionalism, and trust worthiness. All of our technical staff are employed full time and are time served IT Support Engineers - we will NEVER employ apprentices/trainees/subcontractors etc.

4 - A FREE on site consultation & IT System Review

All new clients benefit from a FREE on-site consultation to discuss your needs and plans, along with a review of your current IT systems, accompanied by a report of our findings and a list of any recommendations to resolve any vulnerabilities we may identify, all presented in layman’s terms. We will discuss the report content with you. The report is yours to keep, regardless of whether you choose to work with us or not in the future.

5 - THREE MONTH Trial with no fees or ongoing commitment

We believe all new clients should have the opportunity to put us to the test first - without any ongoing obligation or financial commitment - so that you have the comfort of knowing that you've definitely made the right decision and that the level of service we provide is indeed of the very highest standard, as we promise to deliver.

You are free to cancel your FREE 3 Month trial service at any time, without any fees or ongoing commitments.

Following the 3 month trial period, we provide clients with simple, Monthly Rolling agreements, so you are NEVER tied in to our service for more than one month at a time, and can be sure of receiving the highest level of service at all times moving forwards.

If an IT Support company fails to provide you with a list of some of their existing clients to speak to before committing to them, and they’re not prepared to offer you a free trial period and monthly rolling agreement thereafter, we would suggest that they may have something to hide, and that their motive is to lock you in to a binding agreement, which once active may not offer the same level of service they are promising beforehand. Entrusting your IT Support to an outside company is a huge commitment for any company - no matter how small or large - and we believe you should be offered all the reassurances available before you provide access to your systems and invaluable data. We believe in maintaining our clients’ custom by offering the highest level of service, at all times, without any long term agreements in place, as opposed to the standard industry practice of you being locked in to a long term, complicated contract, often for extended periods of 1, 2 or maybe even 3 years, which is great for the salesperson’s commission, but not for you!

Please note : Our Three Month Trial service is available to new clients only and will only be offered to organisations demonstrating a genuine requirement for ongoing IT Support services during and after the 3 month period, and will not be provided to cover one-off project works/repairs etc

In addition to offering IT Support Services, we have also developed our own stock distribution and contracts management software systems over the course of 20 years, which we have licenced to our clients to help them win and manage contracts with the likes of the NHS, DHL, Parcelforce, Local councils, Barclays Bank, UNITE Union, Tubelines ( not an exhaustive list).

To help ensure we offer our clients the very highest level of pro-active service, at all times, we operate the same core software modules in-house, enhanced specifically to manage our clients’ IT Support contracts.

Our specialist software systems ensure we are able to offer you a pro-active service, second to none, with your backups monitored on a daily basis, along with scheduled health checks, IT Strategy reviews, equipment warranty management, Anti-Virus renewals, test data restores etc, all managed by our centralised systems.
