Told parcel was dispatched Friday and email sent ( not received) when chased up on Monday was told definitely will be delivered today! Got an email later in day to say item just dispatched (so lied to) and then despite paying over £25 for delivery now been told this won’t be delivered until Wednesday!!! I urge anyone thinking of using this company to think again if my experience is anything to go by!!

I waited since 13-June-2022 for some batteries on a £3200 order. Lied again and again that they have stock issues. 3 months later they are asking me to wait more. Of course they never gave me anything. Waiting now for a refund. Avoid or use on your own risk. I'll never use them again!

Lied to again and again and again. Waited 2 months for a US3000c battery. I knew there were issues with demand that's understandable but I have been told different dates, promises broken. Told its arrived and to pay remaining £1300. That was paid and then im told actually it hasn't arrived yet in the country due to Felixstowe strikes. I was told it was in warehouse a week before the strikes. Then given a delivery date. Then the day before delivery told they can't deliver for another 5 days. So now I'm £1500 out of pocket, no battery, day taken off work to be in for delivery £250 lost plus the customer it was for backed out so another £850 lost. Sadly, I knew a company who has been tasked with sourcing and installing 32 of these batteries who asked me for a recommendation. It certainly won't be ITS. I bet they thought my £1500 sale was pathetic but you just lost best part of 50k. Going elsewhere from now and always. Fed up of the lies and lack of honest apology.

Took my order with a promise of delivery within a month. Moved the order multiple times. Tried to charge more for ‘upgraded’ products….still with spurious delivery dates. Doesn’t meet promises. Beware
