This was our first dog friendly hotel. We were apprehensive but it was excellent. Very clean, spacious rooms. Nice shower. Gita was really friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy. Prices are excellent. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

Unfortunately cannot give less than zero stars. Very bad business management and rude staff, booked a double room at the beginning of March for a very reasonable £60 a night. This was made through their own website and all details automatically filled in from my PC. I was then informed that my card had been declined possibly due to a wrong number. I phoned to to try and sort out the problem and was informed by a staff member she was too busy cleaning rooms and didn't have time especially as Harry Styles was giving a concert near by. I then received an email saying as my card had been declined my booking had been cancelled. Checking their site the room was now being advertised at £120 per night.

0/5 I would rather give a 0 if I can! Booked DOUBLE Bed room and being scammed for £66 because they need to add another set of towels. WHAY A JOKE! Extremely rude reception woman, contact guest through her personal phone and force to cancel with full price paid. Great business management strategy! They were not cooperative at all. I'm not mad, just disappointed. The worst place I've encountered in years! Avoid if you don't want to get scammed!!! Definitely wouldn't stay again or recommend to anyone! Such a shame and a bunch of time wasters!!!!

Boutique Hotel? More like ghost train. The handrail going up the stairs wobbles when you hold onto it. The stairs slope to one side. House that jack built (no sorry it was her husband)! With a fractured elbow had no where to sit in the room but on the bed. One tea bag and one coffee sachet for the two day duration. Had to go out and buy rations. Left my phone charger by accident plugged in and kindly requested I would pay the postage for the return of it but I was given the brush off that she was too busy with the school run, walking her dog and taking more bookings. She claimed she had no time to go to the post office... Sent two pleasant reminders to ask her to send it to me but I have been totally ignored. Not good customer service at all. After reading previous reviews, woman is only interested in the money... Would not recommend. Much better places to stay in Manchester and god help if you leave anything in your room as you will neer see it again!

Would not recommend booking with this establishment. cancelled the booking the day before arrival. Clearly was on purpose to get more money as Harry styles is playing in Manchester and as we booked so far in advance we had gotten a standard price. Price increase when trying to rebook the same room for the same night was £120. When we called the number of the location the receptionist was of no help offering a reduced price but still £70 more than the original agreed upon.
