My 2 sons and I had a FANTASTIC shopping experience here. I was provided with an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING level of personalised service, which extended to helping my wife find some items who wasn't able to join us on this visit, however the very friendly lady at the store couldn't do enough to help her even over the phone. An absolute gem of a store. Will happily spend my hard earned money there again!

So Today I visited Junaid Jamshed and purchased 2 men kameez shalwar. On the till i realised that the outfits i got comes with trouser and not shalwar and I told the cashier that I want the one with shalwar not trouser. And she got so rude stating its been purchased now i cant offer exchange or refund. However I was still on the till. I told the lady that I visited junaid jamshed wimslow branch yesterday and the same outfit had shalwar underneath not trouser. But she was extremely rude, when i asked where the manager is. I was told manager is off till thursday and to visit on thursday. And then i said i am still in the store at the till, there must be something that she could do to resolve the issue. But she still kept being rude and was repeating herself that cant refund or exchange. I did say to her i am not asking for refund, i just need to choose another outfit with shalwar. However when she saw there was queue behind me she then said i will have to wait 40 minutes for the manager who firstly wasnt even working today. I had to leave the shop as i had to pick children from nursery. I am absolutely disappointed, I would never go back to the shop again. Such big brand but 0 customer service

The clothes are nice and of a good quality. The main service guy had an obnoxious attitude and couldn't smile for toffee. Basics of customer service was seriously lacking. The Rusholme branch staff were way better and friendlier.

Rude and uncivilised management,Bought couple of kurta shalwar they sold me different size kirta and shalwar, When I went back to the shop they said they don't have any other right size and they can't refund as well because it was my fault.I tried my kurta size obviously I m trying my shalwar size in the store,shalwar size should be accordingly to kurta size.But no it was my fault.No refund,I used to shop frequently from this shop for my self and my family.But I from today I will stop going to this shop and will spread this uncivilised behavior towards their customers to my family and friends 🔵. This is not the right approach to do Business. I REPEAT RUDE AND UNCIVILISED.
