I can't recommend James and Andy of Jackson Roofing highly enough. After my first choice of contractor had repeatedly proved unreliable and let me down, I requested a quote from Jackson's, and James and Andy saved our day and rescued our situation. They were reliable, punctual, polite and kept us fully informed about all aspects of having our roof replaced. They arranged the delivery of the scaffolding, tiles and skip, and worked tirelessly for the duration of their time with us, completing the whole job in just three days.... Day 1: skip delivered; old felt and tiles removed; redundant chimney removed; and new felt installed, ensuring that our house remained fully protected and water tight when they left. Day 2: 95% of new roof tiles put on. This in itself was a phenomenal and exhausting physical feat, with 500 tiles being carried from floor to roof level by James and Andy during the course of the day. By my calculation, they both climbed up and down the ladder to the top of the scaffolding 100 times each. Amazing! I suspect they don't need to go to the gym. Day 3: final few roof tiles, ridge tiles, and eaves tiles put on. Cleaned up the site and arranged for the removal of the skip. Roof complete and beautiful. Of the four quotes we had (from four different companies!), Jackson's was the most competitive, but despite this, the quality of their work was outstanding and second to none. Our roof now looks stunning and at long last, it feels good to be dry and once again, fully confident about being protected from the weather. Like I said, I can't recommend them highly enough! James and Bradley were professional, efficient, polite and pleasant during all the time they were on site removing the old roof and installing the new roof. The weather was inconsistant as usual but they ensured every time that the roof was left in a watertight condition and the area cleaned up ready for their return when the weather permitted. I now have the best looking roof on the road thanks to Jackson Roofing. Thanks IanF

Excellent first time experience with Jackson Roofing, after having a poorly installed hipped roof over a curved front bay by another roofing company. James and his team identified the problems and carried out all the necessary repairs required to ensure that hipped roof was in TIP TOP condition, to last for many years to come. I was extremely satisfied with James and his team, they kept me well informed of what repairs were needed to be carried out, and completed the work in an excemplary manner, within the time scale James had predicted. I would highly recommend Jackson Roofing to anyone seeking a large or small roofing job which needs to be carried out. I found Jackson Roofing online: James was unanimously recommended by my local community FB group and, after looking at photos of his work, I was impressed by the smart look of the roofing he’d worked on. James personally visited and discussed the requirement, which was to repoint and replace tiles where necessary to ensure the roof continues in good working order. I also asked to have all guttering replaced. James and his team finished all the work to my complete satisfaction, and promptly attended to requests. James also pays attention to how the roofing looks, which I personally feel is important. What has impressed me even more, however, is the after-care. I had a couple of weather-related issues after the main work was done, and each time James turned up immediately the next morning to sort out the problem. It is this reliability and commitment that I feel is golden. Thank you, James - I am definitely recommending you to family and friends!
